We want you to be completely satisfied with your 4TH ARQ purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like bodysuits and underwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all 4TH ARQ branded tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
